日本の干しニシンのレシピを紹介させてください。
It's simmered dried herring and potatoes 　　called "Nishin to Jagaimo no nimono".

First, soak the dried herring in water overnight.

Unfortunately the famous fish and chips was not tasty. Especially, chips was not crispy and greasy.

私たちは昼食に、その駅の売店で２本のスムージーと 　　２袋のポテトチップスを買いました。
The name of the smoothie was"Innocent." It was interesting. Do you know it ?
そのスムージーの名前は”イノセント”でした。 その名前は面白かったです。 先生はイノセントを知っていますか？
Yeah ! I used to drink Innocent smoothie everyday, 　　because I thought the smoothie is healthy 　　but it has so much sugar.

Another day, 　　after we had a look around Harrods Department Store, 　　we were hungry, so we went to a restaurant 　　named Tom＆Dixon in Harrods.
また別の日のことですが、 　　ハロッズデパートの中を見学した後、お腹がすいたので、 　　私たちはハロッズの中のトム＆ディクソンというレストランに行きました。
We ordered a Strawberry Cheesecake, Eggplant penne, 　　Elder flower tea and Green tea.
私たちは苺のチーズケーキと茄子のペンネと 　　エルダーフラワー紅茶と緑茶を注文しました。
We were going to order water first, 　　but tea was cheaper than water !

For example, "Simmered Cousin" means 　　simmered Pumpkin and Red beans, we call it "Itokoni" in Japanese.

Pumpkin is a cousin of red beans.

The pasty was very popular with miners, 　　people who mined, 　　because they could place the pasty into the pocket 　　of their work clothes, 　　and it would stay warm until lunch time 　　and then they could eat a rich tasting lunch 　　thanks to the pasty.
